become a tandoori chef

hi frnds,
                           firstly i want to introduce myself...i kuldeep singh worked in london.i feel very proud to be a tandoori or indian chef.this is not easy to be a chef specially tandoori or indian chef.the people they think those who are working in a tandoor or in kitchen they are comfortable with there works.one thing i want to tell u all that work in any kitchen this is not a easy job,but we r happy to do this.u know we chef always have a glamorous live in any kitchen.its our passion not only simply do there works and go to home.
especially when i was working in india in mumbai i saw many faces in my every steps of my life.i did break shift(mor.11 to 7 and then eve7 to 12)this is not a easy.we woke up in the morning at 8 and then catch a 9 o clock train virar to churchgate.then we travelled around one hour and then again start our shift.then we finish our job at 12.and then we reach our home at 2 evening.when we travel in local train then we met with all the chefs from the all the hotels in mumbai,that time we really enjoyed.we do gossips about what we did today.
i want to tell u if u have a chance to join a hotel industry go and join.i promise you will really enjoy.
